Who would like to buy this?
This house is for sale around the corner from me. it has all those garages too. It used to be a rectory I am thinking - since it is next to an abandoned church which has been under construction/boarded up for the last 2 years. That part would worry me about buying the house. What is going on next door. There are probably rats in that church which is no goody. But it's a cute house, right? I think they want 500,000 for it. ?

Wow, half a million???? How big is it on the inside? I would be scared of abandoned church right next door with ratties. That seems like a lot of money. But it is actually kind of cute-looking.

it is listed as a 2-family. I have tried to spy inside of it but haven't gotten very far. It's pretty cute i think. And since it's around the corner from me the location it ok. across the street from chicho's barber shop but nothing much goes on there as far as I can tell. who knows what condition the actual property is in though. and that church next door gives me probs. if is were like 350,000 then I think someone should totally snatch it up.
what i mean about location in last post is that since i actually live around the corner i can vouch for the area being safe and fine. (minus neighborhood characters being annoying)
