what am i?

this is on the way to the relic shack....it has been abandoned for the past 2 years as far as i can tell. well, pigeons and rats are probably living in it now. What is it???!! My guess is a Jehovah's Witness meeting hall. That's all I can come up with. It's kind of awful/fancy. Location in warehouse zone. Very odd. Very odd.

apparently after the contractors ran out of LSD after binging for several months they realized that the post modern grocery store they had been building was way too fucking jazzy...
