arthur pointed out this listing on craigslist for a new place around the way from us. It looks like crap and the asking price is 725,000. Are these people insane?

we used to go out on our roof in Bushwick & watch the pigeon-wranglers or whatever they're called. it was beautiful, esp. around sunset. shoulda video'ed it.
i used to watch the pigeon wranglers flying their birds in w'burg. i think there are some close to us now. will keep an eye out. i want to keep hawks or owls in my yard. the roosters down the street would be dead meat though.
That would be sweet if you could train the hawk to fetch the neighbor's chickens for delicious bbq grilling action. I'll bring some bbq sauce.
